Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because many of our items are handmade, processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons or sales.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Check around doors, garages, and mailboxes
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- If needed, we will help you file a claim
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
